Hello NAHD, the only solution for you in this situation is admission in private engineering college under management quota. They admit students without any entrance exam. You will have to approach them individually. Best wishes to you.

I have got 979 out of 1000 in Andhra Pradesh IPE and 83 percentile in JEE can I have any chance of getting CSE in sastra University.
