Yes you can get admission in MSU Baroda through JEE Main scores. The admission process of MSU is governed by ACPC Gujarat. Hence apply through ACPC.

While filling the JEE Main application form you must be aware of the fact that once any information goes into the website it is quite difficult to change, once your application form is submitted.
