You expected JEE Main AIR is about 307633. You are not eligible for IITs, NITs and CFTIs because of 12th marks. However you can get some state and private engineering colleges. So please try out the Engineering colleges of yours home state you belongs.

There is no restriction in any NITs regarding the number of attempts for B.Tech admissions. Admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs for the candidates from India at NITs, IIITs, Other centrally funded Technical Institutions shall be based on the ranks in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). For the candidates to qualify for the admission in the NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE (Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. In my opinion, you may get CSE in any of the NIT easily. You have some patience while counselling and goes till last round if counselling starts. You surely get CSE in NITs.
