There are too much reservations for NCR aspirants as compared to other people. So, you have to score very high as comparison to them. You can check it on the college predictor for your query in Shiksha app.

As the cut-off depends on the branch, category and IIIT, but generally to get admission in lower IIIT 120 marks should be there but if you wish to get seat in top IIITs then more than 150 would be required. So, plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get admission in your desired college.

It is different for different categories. 70 for general, 50 for OBC and 30-40 for SC/ST. This can differ for every exam.
