Eligibility Criteria: Candidates may come from the following backgrounds:
50% marks in aggregate of 10+2 or equivalent and in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of examination.
50% marks in aggregate in 10+3 Diploma (any stream) passed/appearing recognised by Central/State Government with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination.
International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of schooling with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination.
In addition, candidates are required to submit the National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA, conducted by COA) exam scores or Joint Entra

Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 22278. The last year closing rank in asked course at IIIT-D was 40562 for Delhi region candidates. While 6442 was for outside Delhi region candidates. So, you can get if belongs to Delhi region.

If you are asking about International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Hyderabad, Than you have to fill the forms by using IIIT Hyderabad website only. Because IIIT Hyderabad is not the part of JEE Main counselling conducted by JOSSA. The admission portal of IIIT Hyderabad will be activated in the month of April 2020.

You have not written about the home state you belong. However, your expected JEE Main AIR is below 31825. The last year closing rank in the asked branch was 26535 at NIT Nagaland. Hence your chances are moderate for CSE in NITs. However, you can get the following branches.
