Hello Vishal,
I am afraid your 76 percentile is quite low to get admission in any NIT and especially in CS branch. If one understands the percentile, then it is clear that 24% of almost 13 lakh students are above you. But then there could be some dynamics in admission process which may enable you to get admission somewhere.
