IBS Hyderabad, ISB Hyderabad and NMIMS Hyderabad are three good colleges. For Bangalore you may consider IFIM, IBS, NMIMS, Welingkar's, Christ, ABBS and ISBM as Tier one colleges and IIM, Bangalore as Premier B-school.
