Yes, in one or other sense, the marks in 12th class affects KCET results. There is an proper eligibility criteria for which you need to acquire a certain 12th percentage to be eligible for the KCET exam. The course-wise percentage criteria is given below alongwith other eligibility norms:

A candidates will not encounter any difficulty in getting a seat for CSE at Vijaya Vittala Institute, if he/she scoring 3200 rank under General and 4000 under OBC category. This is because the cutoff in itself released very high in 2024. The Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology cutoff 2024 stood between 110455 and 270982 for the General AI category. Similarly, for OBC AI category, the remained the same as of General AI category.

Vijaya Vittala Institute offers various B.E. courses via KCET exam scores. In 2024, the Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology cutoff 2024 for the General AI category candidates stood between 33447 and 101248. Wherein, for CSE (AI and ML) program, the cutoff stood 119035. As we can see the cutoff is much higher than the rank acquired by the candidate. So, it is very easy for a candidate to secure a seat for AI and ML programme with this rank.

Karnataka Common Entrance Test commonly known as KCET is regulated by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). It is conducted for admission to courses like CSE, ECE, etc. Considering the Vijaya Vittala Institute of Technology KCET cutoff 2024, the rank stood between 110455 and 270982 for the General AI category candidates. With 5600, you can admission very easily at Vijaya Vittala Institute. Not only under General AI category but also under every category available in 2024.

Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences (ICEAS), Bangalore's B.E./B.Tech programs have different KCET 2024 cutoff ranks depending on the course and category. The ending rankings for the General Merit (GM) category were as follows:
1. Computer Science and Engineering: 76,075 (Round 1), 100,096 (Round 2)
Cybersecurity: 107,802 (Round 2), 80,110 (Round 1)
Data Science: 113,128 (Round 2), 83,214 (Round 1)
Cutoff ranks were often higher for reserved categories.

To get admission at NHCE-Bangalore for KCET exam, the last round closing ranks were released for B.E. courses. The NHCE Bangalore cutoff 2024 was released for different categories under the All India quota. For the General AI category, the BTech courses stood between 15834 and 51376, wherein, the Computer Science and Engineering stood as the most competitive course.
