Marks is not declared by KIIT in their KIITEE exam.
So all we can judge is by rank in KIITEE exam. Here we go: -
For General Male:
Up to 5K: Computer Science and Engineering
Up to 11k: Information Technology
Upto 15k: Computer Science and System Engineering / Computer Science and Communication Engineering
For SC/ST candidate:
In my experience they will get all the branches irrespective of their KIITEE rank. They definitely need to appear in KIITEE exam.
For General Women:
There is slightly higher rank relaxation like 1k to 2k more compared to General Man.
Hope you get it. Thanks

KIIT is better in terms of infrastructure, placement, quality of education, opportunity or you want to specify a specific department.
Let's say about engineering, computer science is way damn better in kiit. Plus kiit provide more jobs and secure placement in all of its branch. Hope it helps.
