Because 1) it was one of top medical college in Odisha
2)its rank was 1 in Odisha
3) its rank in all India was 21
4) all top rated faculty are present
5) it has one of the best hospital6) incoming patients are more in number as compared to others
7)it has it's own multispecilatiy hospital
