If you want to do a B.Ed through correspondence at KSOU Mysore, you'll need to clear their Common Entrance Test (CET).
Who Can Apply?
You must be a working teacher at the primary level and have a degree from a recognised university.
You should have done a teacher training course like TCH, D.Ed, D.El.Ed, or B.El.Ed, approved by NCTE.
How to Apply?
1. Go to KSOU's website and register online.
2. Fill the application form and upload your documents.
3. Pay INR 1,500 for the entrance test online.
4. Download your admit card once it's available.

Being a government led university, seeking education at KSOU is very reasonable. The Open University offers courses in UG, PG, PhD and Certificate level with a duration spanning from 6 months to 3 years. Moreover, the fee structure of the respective courses vary from INR 2.9 K to INR 6.5 Lakh. TO conclude, the University offers courses at a very affordable price for an easy access.

KSOU BCom is a UG level course, offered for the duration of 3 years. Admission to KSOU BCom is based on merit. Therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 or equivalent examination. The course fees include tuition fees ranging from INR 15 K to INR 26.1 K. To conclude, candidates can seek admission at KSOU by qualifying the previously given examination.

Karnataka State Open University Mysore offers 420+ courses in UG, PG and PhD level on the basis of merit or entrance. The University offers courses such as BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BEd and BCA in ODL mode. KSOU offers courses on the basis of valid merit results. Candidates must apply for admission, online and qualify the minimum eligibility criteria. For admission to UG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 and for admission to PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in graduation.
Apart from this, depending on the course opted for, candidates must appear for the accepted entrance exam. After qualifying the selection criteria, candidates will be shortlisted. KSOU BTech is a UG level programme, offered for the duration of 4 years. The University offers BTech in 10 specialisations such as Naval Architecture and Ship Building, Textile Engineering, Civil Engineering etc. Admission to KSOU BTech is based on merit and the fee structure includes a tuition fees worth INR 11.5 K to INR 6.5 Lakh. Apart from the tuition fees, few other components are also considered to calculate the complete course fees.
