There are more than 270 Language colleges in Delhi/NCR where students can choose to study various Languages. Out of these, 84 are private and 104 are government colleges. Students can study Languages at various levels in these colleges.

Since PSTU is committed to Telugu language and culture development, Telugu is typically required in its curriculum. There is very little public domain material as yet suggesting that Telugu as a second language could be replaced by Special English. If Special English is offered, the use of it would presumably be contingent on the particular course syllabus and any special provisions for non-Telugu-speaking students.
