Yes, it is possible to get admission there by lateral entry.
If you are not form Tamil Nadu then you actually cant apply for Anna university and other universities afillated by Anna with your marks.
You can opt for a management quota where you may have to pay according to the program and the collage y

Every year, government colleges held counselling of this means for lateral entry and from attending this you can get government college for B.Tech in civil engineering.

You can try for BVPCOE (Bhartiya Vidyapeeth College of Engineering) Delhi for lateral entry as it has good placements as well.

Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch course.
I. Qualified through the recognised aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent) in 2019.
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
(a) Secured 50% mark
