Age : Maximum 32 years
Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology or B.Sc. in Mathematics from a recognized board or university with minimum 49.5 % marks (44.5% for reserved category).
Maximum age for reserved category or female candidate is 35 years.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in seeking lateral entry in a B.Tech course after doing your Diploma. Different states have different rulings for policies for coordinating or regulating admissions of lateral method. Some States conduct entrance exam for this while majority of the states give admission based on the marks obtained in the Diploma course. Admission for B.E Computer science engineering in Lateral entry is available in RRCE Bengaluru. Admission is based on merit screening of your marks in diploma of computer science engineering. You need to register and apply first.
