Yes, COEP conduct Lateral entry exam through state entrance exam only and anyone with good rank can pursue higher studies here.

Please mention the course you are looking for in lateral entry. If you are looking for B.Tech, then B.Tech/BE through lateral entry (direct second year admission) will be best for you, you have to appear for LEET examination to get a good college.

Hello Amir, Yes of course. The students who are in the final year of Diploma engineering can also seek lateral admission in the same year for engineering courses. You are already doing Diploma in this university and hence you can seek guidance from the administration staff as to how to appear for exam if any or otherwise also to obtain admission into their Engineering College via lateral mode. You have the two ways for B.Tech lateral admission as following-
1. Lateral admission through SET
2. Lateral admission through MHT-CET
Because, you are already in Symbiosis. Hence, you may opt for SET.

Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc. with Maths at 10+2 level from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ ST belonging to Maharashtra state). Fill in the admission form to get the admission process started.
