Yes, you can get direct admission in the second year of B.Tech in your relevant engineering branch.

No, IET for LEET at this rank is not possible. Your rank should be around 10.

At this rank for lateral entry, there are only 60% chances that you'll get government college because lateral entry depends on the basis of vacant seats in the second year.

No, at this rank, you'll not get lateral entry because lateral entry depends on the basis of vacant seats in second year and you have a very high rank for lateral entry. Iin IET, your rank should be around 10.

I am a student of final year BE mechanical. Can I take lateral entry in AME? There is no protocol to take lateral entry in AME.

There is no option of lateral entry in AME for BE holders or for anyone for that matter. You will have to enrol from the beginning and complete the entire course like a fresher to become an AME.
