No, you can't get lateral entry admission in BBM after competing Diploma in engineering. You can only get admission through lateral entry in B.Tech.

Yes, you can easily get admission in Uttarakhand for lateral entry. There is an exam conducted every year by Uttarakhand Technical University. The name of the exam is UKSEE. After that, there will be counselling. Moreover, after that some seats may remain vacant.

The candidate must have passed 3 year Diploma in MLT/ nursing after completing class 10th or you should have a 1 year Diploma in MLT or 2 year Diploma in pharmacy after completing class 12th and you need to secure minimum 50% marks.
