Candidates who wish to gain lateral entry into the 2nd year of BTech need to either clear a BSc course with Mathematics as one of the subjects or clear a Diploma in engineering and technology. Yes, Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research offers direct entry in the second year of the BPharm programme. BPharm (LE) is a three-year course divided into six semesters. Candidates who have completed DPharm can apply for BPharm programme at DIPSAR. The selection is based on marks of candidates in the first and second year of DPharm. ITM University Gwalior has defined eligibility requirements for BTech Lateral Entry courses. As per the criteria, students must have completed a three-year diploma in any branch of engineering with at least 50% marks from an institute. Other than this, students who have completed a BSc with at least 50% marks from any central/state university, with Physics and Mathematics at the intermediate level, are also eligible to apply.
