Hello, Vihan, As per my knowledge goes, LPU is a good private university for higher studies. To get admission to the Integrated B.Ed. programs at LPU, you should have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks (or equivalent), subject to the specific programme requirements. Admission is based on meeting the eligibility criteria, and eligible students can also apply for scholarships through LPUNEST.

No, hostel fees are not included in the animation course fees at LPU — they're charged separately. The tuition/program fee (for B.Des Animation & VFX, around ₹11.6 Lakhs for the full course as per 2026 rates) only covers your academic costs, while hostel accommodation is billed on top of that, ranging anywhere from ₹70,000 to ₹2,00,000 per year depending on room type (shared/AC/non-AC/single-seater). On top of hostel, mess charges are also separate, typically ₹40,000-₹56,000 per year depending on the meal plan you choose.

Hello, Dear, LPU admission is based on eligibility and merit, not gender, and there is no fixed ratio of seats for boys and girls.

Admissions are given based on eligibility, entrance scores (where applicable), and seat availability. The number of boys and girls in a batch changes every year depending on who gets admitted.

For B.Tech in CSE, both Lovely Professional University and SRM Institute of Science and Technology are well-known private universities in India, and both offer strong opportunities in computer science.

LPU generally stands out for its large campus ecosystem, diverse peer group, flexible curriculum, and strong industry exposure through tie-ups, hackathons, and practical learning. It is often preferred by students looking for a broad campus experience with multiple placement opportunities across IT service companies and startups.

SRM Chennai is known for its established academic structure, strong research culture, and consistent placement

To get into the B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) program, selection is usually based on a merit system giving equal importance to two parts. Half of your final merit comes from your NATA 2026 aptitude test score, and the other half from your marks in the qualifying exam (10+2 or equivalent), provided you meet the basic eligibility requirements.

Both your Class 12 marks and NATA score are important for admission. Even if you do well in your 10+2 exams, a strong NATA score will boost your overall merit and improve your chances of getting into the architecture program.
