Go through the followings.
A candidate for being eligible for admission to the course leading to the degree of Master of Arts (Film Studies) in University of Mumbai must have passed the examination for Bachelors from any discipline of this university or Bachelor's degree of another university recognised as equivalent thereto. Students seeking admission to the Department of Communication and Journalism have to write an essay in English, Marathi or Hindi of not less than 500 words and not more than 800 words (typed in double spacing on a single sheet of paper and signed by the student) on their purpose for seeking admission

With BBA degree, pursuing MA in criminology won't be possible. For criminology, you need to have Master's programme as a graduate degree in Arts or Science with 50% marks aggregate.

To be eligible for MA Economics, you need to have passed graduation with a minimum of 50% with the knowledge of mathematics up to 10+2 level.

No, there is no entrance test for M.A economics.
There should be minimum marks in BA with 45% in economics or 50% marks in BA/B Sc./B Com.

You need to have BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc or BA (Special) with Telugu as one of the subjects of study or B.Sc (Home Sciences) with a maximum of 100 marks for each paper to be eligible for MA in Telugu.

Yes, you can pursue your career as a lecturer, because they are giving Master degree and they also have a brand name of TATA. But, the main thing is that in a B-school, most of the lecturers are having Ph.D. degree. So, if you can do so, your chances will be much better that before. I think, you got my point.
