School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi offers a full-time Master of Architecture (M.Arch) course of a two-year duration. Admission to the PG course is based on valid GATE or CEED scores. SPA Delhi offers MArch in three specialisations, including Architectural Conservation, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design. The final selection for admission to this course is based on performance in the qualifying exam, portfolio of work, personal interaction with faculty and/or written test, interest and motivation for the chosen study and work experience. Hello Vishal Samraj, if you are from general category then I am afraid that you may not become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced if we consider last year's cutoff which was 90.3. I am attaching list of cutoffs for different categories of last year. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224
In view of this I would strongly advise you to appear for the remaining two sessions of JEE Mains examination to improve your percentile. Best wishes to yo

For NDA (1) 2020: The candidates possessing age between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2004 are eligible for the examination. If born before 2nd July 2001 and after 1st July 2004 then not eligible for NDA (1) 2020 exam. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for NDA examination.

The eligibility requirements in NIT, Trichy for M.Arch and others PG programs is as under:-
For a candidate to be eligible for M.Tech./M.Arch./M. Plan./M.Des. programme: Must have a valid GATE Score of the year 2016 / 2017 / 2018.
In qualifying degree the candidates should have passed and secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for OC/OB, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates. The above mentioned CGPA/Percentage should be awarded by a recognized University/Institute.
So you can not take admission in NIT, Trichy without a valid gate score.
