Only inhouse, meaning doctors from armed forces who clear NEET PG are eligible to apply. They do not pay any fees.

You need a certified MBBS Doctor with MD to head your centre. Only a MD radiology is permitted to diagnose.

I advise you to do 4 year B.Sc. in USA, so that, you can get a better job opportunity in anywhere, because abroad' s degree is more relevant, so you can go with 4 year BSc. in USA.
