I see your interest for Masters of Philosophy in History. The duration of the course is 2 years. M.Phil in History is a 2 years' pre-doctorate degree programme, the minimum eligibility is master degree in the history from a recognized college or university or its equivalent exam.

The duration of Master of Philosophy degree is 1-2 years involving many semesters. The Course is of 2 years duration if pursued Part-Time, like in Bharathidasan University. A pre-doctoral programme - Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) is taken after completion of the Master's Degree.

Hello Sarvesh, Normally speaking graduation in the subject is a must for pursuing PG in that subject. However there are some exceptions. IGNOU allows any graduate to pursue M.A. In psychology. You may download brochure cum application form for the course from their website. http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/soss/programmes/detail/405/2
Best wishes to you.

No, there are no known colleges that provide the both programmes as an integrated course, one usually completes the Masters and then chooses a prominent institute to finish their Ph.D. The same college may offer both these programs.
