The candidates require a B.Sc degree with a major in food science, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, home science, Nutrition, dietetics, clinical biochemistry, life science, and any other related disciplines also eligible for this course.

The candidates must have passed their 10+2 (Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board in Rajasthan and 60% marks for students outside Rajasthan for being eligible for the course as per the Dr B Lal Institute of Biotechnology eligibility criteria.

The student must have a Bachelor's degree like BSc in Agriculture or its variant(Horticulture, Forestry, etc.) from a recognized college/university with a minimum of 50-55% marks secured. Relaxation of marks is provided to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD candidates.
TNAU various specializations at PG level ( 32 ) so you can check if you are eligible for other courses like MBA agribusiness or similar.

According to my perspective, per semester fees for M.Sc. is between 25000 to 30000.
