Yes, there are scholarships for MSc at IISER Tirupati. IISER Tirupati offers two scholarships, which are, KVPY scholarship and the INSPIRE scholarship, wherein students are offered an amount of INR 5,000 per month. Candidates are advised to use the National Scholarship Portal 2.0 for all the information regarding the scholarships on offer.

For ISER Tirupati for MSc course admission, candidates must have completed the stepwise admissin procedure. MSc seats are offered based on the following factors:
- Seat availability at each IISER in the current allocation round,
- IAT rank obtained by the candidate,
- IISER preferences given by the candidate, and
