The cutoff information varies from the respective department that you choose and the minimum criteria is 50% merit required to apply for any sort of course.
The admission process is based on your entrance exam
Selection criteria is based on graduation marks and entrance marks further they announce the merit list based on the department you've chosen.

the fee structure at HICAS coimbatore in Msc in Biotechnology is around 55,000/- per annum. Further they provide scholarship facilities to all the applicable students. You can negotiate the college fee with the higher authorities to some extent based on your merits and skills that you deliver to them.
