Hello,
AIIMS has not specified the syllabus for M.Sc. Entrance Exams. The question paper for M.Sc. Biotechnology courses will be of 90 minutes duration consisting of 90 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 90 marks.

Yes, you can.The minimum eligibility required to be MET for admission to the course is graduation completed with Science from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. A few universities and colleges in India conduct entrance examinations for admission to the course.
