No, you are not eligible to pursue an Integrated M.Tech course at VIT Vellore if you have completed your 12th from NIOS. The eligibility criteria clearly states that candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply for the Integrated M.Tech programmes. Applicants from Open University / Correspondence mode are not eligible.

Banaras Hindu University is situated in Banaras and it is one of the top- most university of India. It is very famous for its specialisation course. The courses offered by the university are B.Sc, BA, B.E, M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Techetc. BHU gives admission on the basis of entrance exam. BHU accepts the score of CUET UG and CUET PG for admission purpose and for B.Tech BHU accepts the score of JEE Mains and for M.Tech GATE scores are accepted and the candidate must have competed their bachelor's degree with minimum of 50% aggregate.

Applicants to the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology's M.Tech programme must have passed the GATE exams. Candidates must also meet the eligibility requirements, which are to have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with an aggregate of 60% for General/EWS & OBC and 55% for SC/ST & PwD. Candidates that meet the requirements must finish the IIST admissions process and secure their seats.
