M.Tech Eligibility

No, you are not eligible to pursue an Integrated M.Tech course at VIT Vellore if you have completed your 12th from NIOS. The eligibility criteria clearly states that candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply for the Integrated M.Tech programmes. Applicants from Open University / Correspondence mode are not eligible.

Puran Murti Campus offers a two-year full-time M.Tech course at the PG level. As per the minimum eligibility requirements of the course, candidates must pass a UG degree in the relevant discipline.

To be eligible for M.Tech at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee IIIT, candidates need a B.E./B.Tech. degree with 60% marks or equivalent, a valid GATE score, and a CPI of 6.5 or above.

For admission to the M.Tech programme at K. Ramakrishnan College of Technology, candidates must fulfill the given eligibility & selection criteria conditions:
