First of all u should do btech.
N if u have a strong will 2 b an IITian. then why should u wait for Mtech.
Do it know . Take drop n perform well in jee advanced. n also give improvement of class 12th.

The preferable would be to do it separately as is the general norm still in India. In this case you may even change your college for M.Tech and can try for IIT, but you need to give an exam in between for M.Tech. But still I think doing separately is preferable Harish.

You should choose it as your area of interest. You should review your B.Tech courses which ever is your favorite subjects. You may go for manufacturing or production or any other branches of your interest. But it is also important, in which college you are getting admission, if you get some IITs,it is best.

There are many colleges which provide part time M.Tech after a certain level of work experience. It may be two or three year experience. In part time M.Tech you have to attain course work either regular mode or on the weekends.

no for getting admission in B.tech you should pass the ISC with mathematics. For M.Tech you required a B.Tech in any branch of engineering or B.Sc. in some specific subjects.

Yes you can do it but it only beneficial if you are in industry. If you want to do it do executive MBA instead of distance or part time or full time MBA. If you are in area related to academic or Research than ypu should go for PhD in you area of expertise.

just qualify is enough to get scholarship from mhrd however admission depends upon colleges, your branches, your choice of preference. As same gate score has different meaning and weightage for different branch.

Unlike other engineering programs you do not get a degree or diploma after completion of course. This is a certification course.
During the course one is trained to clear the licence exams conducted by DGCA (governing body for aviation) apart from the regular exams conducted by college.
Clearing of the Gov license exams are mandatory (pass Mark is 70%) to become an engineer.Completion of the course of 3 years does not satisfy the requirements to be an engineer & may need to work as an aircraft technician for a minimum of 2 additional years on any aircraft.
