Yes, you are eligible. First you need to appear in two exam i.e. IELTS/TOEFL and GRE. In Canada, GRE is not mandatory but it will increase your chances of getting admission.

If you want to earn more money without much efforts, go for MBA or else, M.Tech is a nice option. But technical line is a hectic one. MBA is more beneficial because it will add two degrees together i.e. management and technical one.
