all you can do is apply for masters in Usa in technical domains by giving GRE and TOEFL. it may take oneyear to get through.

Ideally you must prepare for the applications 6-8 month prior to the intake. You must make sure you prepare your applications and take all the test ahead of the university deadlines. So take the test as per the deadlines. Hope that helped. Good Luck with your application.
