Rishabh33155, The quality of the course varies from college to college as it depends upon a lot of constraints. Talking about IIIT Allahabad, here M.tech in Robotics is quite a decent branch as the course structure, faculty, labs and facilities are pretty good. Though the first batch of the course hasn't sit for the placements yet but since their placements will also happen along with the B.tech students only, so you may assume that it'll be decent as well. So, overall, this course is a good one to opt for.

If you go for M.Tech through entrance test and a valid GATE score, you will get stipend also. In m.tech you can improve your knowledge and research abilities in the field of engineering. However MBA is a management program and differences in the subject but many engineering graduate take MBA and achieved great success. Important thing is that the management school from where you do your MBA should be premium institutes.

Dear Sanjaya, for applying to Canada for an Ms Degree, you need to have good CGPA, least backlogs, strong CV/Resume & an IELTS/TOEFL of 7.0/100 out of 9.0/120. you should look forward to the course related to the field of your previous education.
