Dear Ved,
Have you started looking out for universities for your Ph.D? If not, start looking and contacting them. The university you plan to apply to must be currently working on the research area you are interested to work. Email the department heads or supervisors to find out. That is the basic process for Ph.D
Hope this helps.

Hi Rahul,
For list of colleges offering M.Tech in civil engineering in Jaipur, kindly refer the link given below:

Kindly filter out the branch / college / location as desired from the above link.
All the three institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus, it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. I would recommend you to get in touch with the alumni of the respective colleges and see what are their views regarding their colleges.

Hello V Sunil Kumar, as you have completed your b.tech in mechanical, and further you want to do specialization in Aircraft Maintenance. For that you can further enroll yourself for AME course, as such there is no requirment of degree, diploma or M.tech after completition of AME, because AME is the prime qualification required for the carrer growth in aviation industry in India or abroad.

You can join B.E or B.Tech after completing your diploma. Majority of subjects are extension of your diploma level course, so you will not face any difficulty.
