All options are good.
You can opt MBA if you want to make career in the management field.
If you are more into practical knowledge you can opt M.Tech
If you are interested in theoretical knowledge you can opt M.Sc.
Choosing a career option should be made on the basis of your interest and liking.

Hi Krishna,
The eligibility criteria for pursuing a master's degree are holding a bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech in Aerospace or any other equivalent branches of engineering.
Admissions are done on the basis of GATE score or often an entrance. However, it varies from institute to institute as different institutes have different admission eligibility and criteria.

After completing your diploma, you can try for Lateral entry by giving LEET exam. However, the eligibility may vary from institute to institute, as different institutes have different eligibility criteria.
Before seeking admission in any institute, kindly check the below mentioned parameters such as affiliation, accreditation, fee structure, curriculum etc.

A B Tech is a four year programme comprising of 8 semesters . For lateral entry candidates (diploma holders), duration will be of 3 years(6 semesters) with direct admission to third semester of a B Tech programme. M Tech is normally of 2 years (4 Semesters) duration.
