As u said u r much interstd in Java then first do SCJP i.e sun certified java programming
so u will become java proffesional.If u can continue ur education means if there is no financial or family issues den go for regular MCA otherwise correspndnce.
And one more thing learn new framework in java like STRUTS ,SPRIN, JPA, Hibernate, JSF, J2EE, portlet, servlet etc

If you want to study abroad, you need to keep few things in your mind. Those are as follows…
1. Regarding where you can study - It has to be decided based on your interest, basic facilities, requirements, pocket and scholarships, etc., various factors play role here.!
2. Regarding subjects in demand - All have equal importance and demand in ECE. so, go with your interest.
Here the question is what is the scope for scholarship?

You have not mentioned your current qualification. So its tough to say which degree course is best for you. Both the courses have their own importance & have equal career prospects. Always remember your career growth is not completely dependent on the Industry you enter, it is more dependent on your own competitiveness, how you perform on the course and how you use the knowledge earned at the time of Interviews. So chose the course that match your current qualification, best of luck :)

General Eligibility Criteria for Indian students for M.Tech Course
No restrictions in terms of age have been specified by institute. Hence candidates can apply for this course at a later stage too. They need not pursue it right after the qualifying exam. Also they should not have any criminal cases against then.
