Yes, a candidate can apply for M.Tech at Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology (IIAEIT) with a valid score in GATE. The institute accepts GATE scores for M.Tech admission. Except GATE, IIAEIT also accepts AERO-CET scores or any other relevant exams for PG for engineering. Candidates must submit the marksheets for the same.

Yes, Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology offers a dual degree course to candidates which includes BTech and MTech. This course is for a duration of five years. Candidates must appear for the AERO-CET exam to take admission in this course. They must also fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for the same which requires a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in PCM (40% for reserved category). Hence, a candidate can do BTech and M.Tech together at IIAEIT.
