The GAT PGT 2025 eligibility criteria for M.Tech admission is as follows -
- Candidates must have a minimum of 50% or 5.0 CGPA aggregate marks in BTech/BE/AMIE in any branch of engineering or its equivalent from a recognised Central/State University or its equivalent and qualified in GAT.

For admission in a M.Tech programme at Mohamed Sathak Engineering College it is crucial that the aspirant fulfills the course-specific eligibility criteria. The M.Tech programme requires a bachelor's degree in engineering such as B.Tech or BE so direct admission after finishing 12th class is not possible.
