Yes, VIT-AP University does offer an M.Tech course in a full-time mode with four semesters that can be completed within two years. Further, the university also offers two integrated courses that are inclusive of ten semesters, lasting for five years. Admission to the M.Tech course is subject to the VITMEE exam. Whereas, integrated M.Tech admission is based on the last qualifying exam.

VIT-AP fees for the two-year M.Tech course range from INR 3.8 Lacs to INR 4.9 lakh. The course fee can be paid in two installments. Further, candidates must also pay an amount of INR 3,000 as a caution deposit fee, which is refundable. Candidates willing to apply for the hostel seat at the university must pay an amount of INR 2.47 lakh. The fee information is sourced from the official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change.

Candidates are required to upload certain important documents at the time of filling out the GATE application form. Further, candidates are required to submit some of the original and self-attested documents at the time of physical verification of documents after the seat allocation process. The list of documents that must be submitted during the GATE application for M.Tech are as follows:

Candidates are selected for M.Tech admission at Dr BC Roy Engineering College based on their scores in accepted entrance exams. Additionally, Candidates must fill out the basic eligibility criteria.
