NIT Andhra Pradesh offers 8 M.Tech specialisations, namely Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Computer Science and Data Analytics, Power Electronics and Drives, Advanced Communication Systems and Signal Processing, Thermal Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering, with a total of 10 seats for each specialisation.

IIIT Trichy offers two specialisations for MTech; Computer Science & Engineering and VLSI Systems. For admission to the MTech programme, candidate's IIIT Trichy MTech programme candidates must have bachelor's degree with 60% aggregate. Also candidates must have a valid score in the GATE exam and go through the CCMT counselling. Additionally, candidates have to complete the entire admission process as per the Institution's admission guidelines.

The university shortlist candidates for M.Tech course based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility requirements to apply for M.Tech course. Aspirants must pass bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology in the concerned discipline with at least 60% aggregate to apply for the M.Tech course. Candidates who have passed MSc Life Science can be considered for M.Tech Biotechnology/ Food Processing & Engineering. After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling and document verification. Candidates need to pay the course fee to confirm their admission.

Yes you can get admission in RGIPT if your class 12th marks are 60%. I’m giving you below the eligibility criteria for admission in RGIPT.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Admission will be based on JEE (Advanced) or JEE (Main) with 80% aggregate in Class 12.
- During preparation of merit list, preference will be given to students who have qualified JEE (Advanced).
- Minimum 60% in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) in Class 12* in case of JEE (Advanced).
- *The criteria of 60% in Class 12 is waived-off for current year (2022–23) only for JEE (Advanced) qualified students.

Aspirants wanting to take admission to the M.Tech course shall check the eligibility requirement. Eligible students further must take the GATE exam. Aspirants can apply for GATE online. Candidates who secure scores greater than or equal to the cutoff marks further need to take part in the CCMT counselling process for seat allotment.

BE/BTech with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA in a relevant branch of Engineering is the basic eligibility for M.Tech at NIT Calicut. SC/ST/PwD category candidates need a minimum of 55% aggregate to be eligible for the course. Candidates whose results are awaiting can also take the JEE Main exam. However, such students must have the class 12 pass certificate at the time of admission.
