ISRO Scientist Salary After Grade Pay:
The 7th Pay commission revised the Indian Space Research organisation Scientist salary per month and allowances. The monthly basic pay of ISRO is INR 15,600 increased with grade pay of INR 6,600. The maximum monthly salary for an Indian Space Research organisation scientist is INR 80,000, with a consequent increase in the grade pay. The salary of an Indian Space Research organisation engineer or scientist, along with grade pay, is listed below:
Scientist or Engineer H & G: INR 10,000 (Grade pay)
Scientist or Engineer SG: INR 8,900 (Grade pay)
Scientist or Engineer SF: INR 8,700 (Grade pay)

There have been some changes in the allowances of Indian Space Research organisation scientists after the introduction of the 7th Pay Commission.
1- Basic Pay = Pay Band + Grade Pay.
2- Employees will receive a DA which will be revised twice a year. As per the records of 0215, the Dearness allowance is 113 percent every month.
3- House Rent Allowance is dependent on the classification of the city they are posted to according to the Government of India Rules. The House Rent Allowance varies from 10 percent to 30 percent of the basic pay.
4- The TA varies from INR 400 to INR 3,200 depending on the grade of pay and depending on the city of posting.
