Candidates for M.Tech. (Microwave Electronics) course will be selected for admission on the basis of performance in the entrance test. Out of these, the first 10 students will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 600/- per month. For Machine learning you should prefer first IIT (Hyderabad), after prefer IISc (Bangalore). In your strategy you need to prepare exam for GATE and other entrence exam.
