These days open universities are debarred from offering any professional courses. Hence this method is blocked. You can think of doing it in a college that is offering evening and weekend classes. For this, you need to find colleges in your place of residence that are offering PG. Then ring up each one to find out which one is offering evening classes. Hello Rajratan, cutoff fir B.Tech are readily available. However cutoff for M.Tech is totally different cup of tea. These are not available readily. This may be so because there are seats matching with aspirants unlike in graduation in engineering where for every seat more than 20 students are competing. Best wishes to you.
