Hello Balkishan, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation cum PG after completion of your Diploma. Frankly speaking, lateral admission will take you to graduation course but NIT what you desire. I would strongly advise you to approach deemed to be universities which offer such integrated courses.
