At the postgraduate level, the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kottayam offers MTech courses to students. For MTech, a candidate must pass BTech /B.E. /AMIE or MCA/ MSc/ MS degree in CS /IT / Mathematics/ Physics/Statistics with a minimum of 60% aggregate.
