M.Tech and M.Sc. Are highly technical and MBA is highly managerial. You have another alternative of Masters in USA in any area of interest which you have really good skillset and aptitude.

If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream, then you may go for M.Tech. Else, MBA would be a good option. You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, Anna University

You're looking to make career in research and related fields like teaching then without doubting you should go for M.Tech. But, if you are interested in marketing, sales or business development fields then definitely, you should opt for MBA. Either, you do research or go in Business related fields, both have very good career perspective in coming years as India is a developing country and you will always have good scope in these two fields. But, no good scope for MS as there is no well recognised college for it.

If you feel, you are technically bright and can actively contribute to the growing world of technology, then M.Tech and MS are for you. For pursuing M.Tech, you must clear GATE or equivalent. MS is offered by the institutions in India like BITS, some institutes of national importance and almost all universities abroad for which clearance of IELTS TOEFL or GRE are one of the requirements. If you are confident of your managerial skills and wish to climb the corporate ladder in leaps and bounds, then MBA is for you. Hello, Each of these fields are equally good, as per career option. If you have a forte in engineering and wants to continue, then go for M.Tech. If research field is enticing you, then look for M.Sc. In suitable genre. MBA is for those aspirants who think that they can utilize their engineering aspects into business world. All the best and choose wisely.

Yes, you will be eligible to take admission in Panjab University for Masters in technology if you have cleared the GATE exam.

You should have cleared any one entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/NEST) accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in the same. Admission in MBA is done via two modes- either through an entrance exam or direct admission which is based on merit basis or management quota basis. MBA specialisation, which are as follows:
