No, you can not. You need to do M.Sc in order to become eligible for M.Tech. GATE is another requirement for M.Tech admissions.

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Food Technology is B.Sc. Food Technology/ B.Sc. Food Science and Technology/ B.Sc. There are 2 colleges in Mumbai which offers part-time M.Tech courses.
