Hello Lovneet, These days GATE is the passport for M.Tech. Of course many deemed to be universities conduct their own exam, and make life of a student miserable, for admission to their PG programme. They run into hundreds. Best would be to appear for GATE and perhaps few other deemed to be universities exam as per your preference. Yes, you can take admission in JNTUA with GATE score. There is no problem. GATE score is eligible for all engineering colleges for doing M.Tech.

Yes, you are eligible you don't worry about it. You have a B.Tech degree so you can do easily this hence start preparing for GATE.

There is no entrance exam for Integrated M.Tech course. You have to visit the official VIT website and fill in the application form with your 12th marks, both online and offline modes are available. After filling the application just wait for your counselling date to be informed by VIT. There are chances that you might get a seat.
