There are many websites providing previous year papers of GATE entrance exams. You can visit the official website of GATE, NPTEL or coaching institutes like Kreatryx or Made Easy. If you are from the electrical background, then you should purchase the previous year's problems of GATE exam from Kreatryx. They will provide you with the best solutions and explanations also.
Best of luck.

In my opinion if you wants bright and calm future then start preparation for UPSC Civil services and IES exam because once you enter here you will get the time bond career promotions and other related benefits. While in private sectors you may got the more money but isolation and busy life which are the negative sides.

MS is best if you are interested in research and for doing Ph.D in foreign universities where M.Tech is more academic oriented. MS in India in IISC or IIT is good and have better placements. For MS in US, you have to spend more money than here. M.Tech has good placements. The highest offer for M.Tech in CS dept in 2017 batch in IIT Madras is 1.82 crore if you care for good job you can take up M.Tech while MS is research oriented
Good luck.
