Student should select the career according to the stream he like so that he may do better in that field in fact you will love to do that whereas if you will do according to the job profile, then you will get irritate and you will not do with that much potential.

When you're getting admission in Thapar for such a great course, why go anywhere else? M.E. CAD/CAM Engineering in Thapar is pretty great, and comes with good faculty, good crowd, good curriculum and so on. This is what you really need to make it far ahead in life, especially in this stream. Don't overthink, with Thapar's placements and packages, you should only be choosing Thapar.

Hello Dereje, It's very nice indeed to know that a student from Ethiopia is interested in doing PG in engineering in India. Yes, the fees are different for foreigners in colleges. Yes, you can join M.Tech in computer science, you need to attempt the entrance exam of CSE. My suggestion is to go for a regular college to pursue M.Tech, distance learning is not advisable and doesn't have much value.
