It totally depends on you, if you want to be a little managerial as well as a little technical then you can go for MBA, as doing MBA would provide you with a plethora of opportunities ahead. MBA would also in a general way provide you financial stability. So it totally depends on how you want your life. Hope it helps!

To enter into the colly,you must clear the university exam if they have any. Else, you'll have to clear the gate exam.

As far I know, in some colleges, it is allowed that student from other branches ,other than CSE can pursue his MTech in CSE but under some conditions. You have to write your GATE paper in CSE. Directly, other branches are not admitted as MTech is a research field and without knowledge. Colleges won't admit any non-BTech CSE into CSE in MTech.

It has a good scope. Plus, it take one year off your studies but, the 5 year programme is pretty hard with all the course and studies.
