Yes, this institute offers M.Tech in satellite communication but for that, you need to very strong at your academics as the interviewer mostly ask the questions from the academics only.

Hi Daniel, Most universities accept B.Tech as entrance criteria for M.Tech. I don't think Diplomas are considered eligible for M.Tech.

If you have a passion for M.Tech, I don't see a reason why you can't pursue M.Tech. Just go for it without a second thought.

There is no college which can give you admission in part-time.
These type of courses are professional courses. You can't get admission via part-time or distance mode. You have to study hard for M.Tech. 70% attendance is mandatory to appear in the exam.
