You can appear for GATE, qualify it with good marks and opt for M.Tech in automobile engineering in a top college.

There are very few Institutions that offer M.Tech in Mechatronics in India. As it's a young branch, investment in M.Tech in India would be useless. I would recommend you try for Singapore or Japan for Masters in Mechatronics.
